乳腺癌患者围术期行人性化护理的临床效果分析

Analysis on the clinical effect of perioperative humanized nursing for the patients with breast cancer

目的探讨和分析对乳腺癌患者围术期行人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的住院进行手术的乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者接受常规护理,干预组于围术期接受人性化护理,比较两组患者的生活质量、疼痛程度、护理满意度、术后并发症情况。结果干预后,观察组和对照组患者的生活质量各项评分分别为(67.71±11.14)分、(47.32±7.46)分、(45.83±9.73)分、(67.24±3.12)分、(62.48±5.85)分、(57.50±4.15)分、(63.97±6.32)分,分别显著高于对照组的生活质量各项评分(48.30±10.22)分、(41.48±5.32)分、(38.35±4.17)分、(51.35±6.17)分、(56.23±6.64)分、(48.84±7.02)分、(57.13±8.82)分,两组患者干预后的生活质量各项评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的VAS评分干预后显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度为96.7%(29/30),显著高于对照组70.0%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者术后的并发症发生率为10.0%(3/30),显著低于对照组的30.0%(9/30),两组患者术后并发症情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者围术期行人性化护理可以改善患者的生活质量,缓解患者的疼痛,提高护理满意度,减少并发症发生率,提高护理质量,使患者积极配合治疗和护理工作,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of perioperative humanized nursing for patients with breast cancer.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital and underwent surgery from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.60 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,and the intervention group was given humanized nursing care during the perioperative period.The quality of life,pain degree,nursing satisfaction,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the quality of life scores in the observation group were(67.71±11.14),(47.32±7.46),(45.83±9.73),(67.24±3.12),(62.48±5.85),(57.50±4.15),and(63.97±6.32)respectively,which were significantly higher than the quality of life scores in the control group(48.30±10.22),(41.48±5.32),(38.35±4.17),(51.35±6.17),(56.23±6.64),(48.84±7.02),and(57.13±8.82)respectively.The differences in the scores of quality of life after intervention between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after intervention,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.7%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%,21/30),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 10.0%(3/30)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 30.0%(9/30)in the control group.There were significant differences in postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative humanized nursing for the patients with breast cancer can improve patients'quality of life,relieve pain,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence rate of complications,improve the quality of nursing care,and enable patients to actively cooperate with treatment and nursing work,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
