摘要
本文主要研究声发射检测在螺栓法兰接头(BFJ)连接的管路系统及监测阀门泄漏监测中的应用,研究模拟不同工况下(泄漏量、阀门内漏)声发射泄漏信号的特性参数的规律,以便更好地指导该技术在日常检验、监测中的应用。通过在搭建的试验平台上进行的一系列试验可以得出通过监测声发射幅值、平均信号电平(ASL)、有效值电压(RMS)等数值的规律能比较灵敏地应用于监测BFJ连接系统泄漏和阀门的内漏中。
This paper mainly studies the application of acoustic emission detection in pipeline system connected by bolted-flange-joint(BFJ)and monitoring valve leakage monitoring,and studies the rule of characteristic parameters of acoustic emission leakage signal under different working conditions(leakage rate,valve leakage),so as to better guide the application of this technology in daily inspection and monitoring.Through a series of tests conducted on the built test platform,it can be concluded that BFJ connection system leakage and internal leakage of valve can be detected sensitively by monitoring the law of acoustic emission amplitude,average signal level(ASL),RMS and so on.
