浅谈我国民航安全人才培养现状与若干建议——以中国民航大学安全学科为例

本文从新形势下我国民航安全人才培养现状和实际需求出发,以中国民航大学"安全科学与工程"学科人才培养为例,分析了我国在民航安全人才培养数量和质量上面临的严峻形势,并提出了一些针对性的解决方案和建议。本文提出了更具民航特色、面向民航实际应用、支撑体系更加科学合理的安全学科人才培养方案制定建议;构建和优化培养方案执行监督保障环节等若干思考和建议;安全科学与工程学科"本硕博"完整培养体系的平台建设和制度建设策略。本文旨在为我国民航安全管理和技术人才的培养提供一些可参考建议,为我国民航强国建设任务所面临的科学研究和高端人才紧缺问题出谋划策。

Based on the current situation and actual needs of China’s civil-aviation-safety-personnel training under the new situation of our countries development,this article analyzes the severe situation of the low quantity and quality of civil-aviation-safety-personnel training for China,by taking the talents training of"Safety Science and Engineering"subject at the Civil Aviation University of China as an example.A few targeted solutions and suggestions were made according to the above situation.This article puts forward some suggestions for the developing the talent training programs of safety subject.The training system should be modified to be more civil-aviation-oriented,practically applicable for civil aviation,and scientific and reasonable to support civil aviation system.Additionally,constructing and optimizing the training program with implementation of supervision and guarantee links is also suggested.Also,the research platform and rules and regulations that support the degree awarding system should be further optimized.The purpose of this article is to provide some suggestions for the training of the safety management and technical personnel for civil aviation in China,and to provide possible solutions for the problems of scientific research and high-quality talents during performing the task of civil aviation building.
