摘要
为解决因采用手动控制阀门开度的方式对机械密封冲洗油站进行流量控制,从而导致的效率低下、精度不高等问题,研制了一套油站智能检测与控制系统。该系统采用基于计算机及可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心控制单元的解决方案,实现了对系统运行参数、状态的远程实时监测与控制,满足了无人化工厂的建设要求,保证了冲洗回路中油压的稳定,降低了系统的故障率。
Oil station is a key component of auxiliary flushing system for mechanical sealing system.It can provide the sealing system with clean and pressure-stabilized flushing fluid.Currently,most of commercial oil stations suffer from low-efficiency and low-accuracy in controlling process because of manually monitoring and operating parameters.This study aims to control the oil station based on API Plan 54.It establishes an intelligent controlling system based on PLC core units.The established system is capable of automatically detecting and regulating the running parameters of oil station,and consequently fulfills the requirement of unmanned-factory.
