柔性直流输电模组振动噪声测试及仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究柔性直流输电系统整体振动噪声水平,基于换流阀单模组噪声产生机理,通过传感器绝缘措施建立了单模组高电压运行测试系统,对其振动特性与辐射噪声进行了测量分析,并基于声学边界元理论,利用分析软件开展了仿真计算。试验与仿真结果表明,柔直模组的振动、噪声具有明显的频率特性,工作噪声主要分布在3000 Hz频率范围内,且都是以100 Hz为基频的谐波成分为主,在700 Hz左右的高次谐波噪声成份较大;辐射噪声仿真与测试结果特性一致,验证了所建分析模型的正确性。研究结果对探究直流工程中高压带电设备的振动、噪声特性,进而对特高压工程设计及分析都具有指导意义。 In order to study the overall vibration and noise performance of the the flexible high voltage DC commutation,it establishes a single module test system based on the noise generation mechanism,takes the boundary element method to simulate through the sensor insulation measures under operation condition.The result indicates that the vibration performance has obvious frequency characteristics,the frequency of operation noise is distributed mainly within 3000 Hz,in which the harmonic component with 100 Hz as the fundamental frequency is the main component.While the high harmonic noise is bigger around 700 Hz.The simulation results are in agreement with the tests results,which validates the analysis model.The analysis method above may be helpful for the design and analysis of HVDC transmission system.
