摘要
以波音公司B-747客机为例,建立了多轮多支柱起落架动力学模型,计算分析了多轮多支柱起落架中单个支柱的缓冲性能,并分析了对称着陆和滚转着陆工况下多支柱起落架的载荷分配。针对在大俯仰角对称着陆工况下机身主起落架载荷过大的问题,通过提高机身主起落架缓冲器效率和缩短机身与机翼主起落架启动时间差对载荷分配进行了改进研究。引入关联支柱技术研究了支柱连通对多支柱起落架载荷分配的影响,并在支柱连通的情况下对起落架的缓冲性能进行了改进,为多支柱起落架载荷分配的研究奠定了基础。
Based on the independent development of China's wide-body aircraft,the research and analysis on load distribution of multi-wheel multi-strut landing gear is carried out.Taking the Boeing 747 as the research object,the dynamic model is established,and the performance of the single strut of this landing gear is calculated and analyzed.In addition,the load distribution of this multi-strut landing gear is analyzed under two landing conditions:symmetrical landing and rolling landing.In view of the problem that the load of the fuselage's landing gear is too large under the symmetrical landing conditions at high angle of attack,the load distribution are optimized by adjusting the main oil hole of the fuselage's landing gear and changing the length of the fuselage's landing gear.The related strut technology is brought into consideration to analyze the influence of this technology on the load distribution of multi-strut landing gear,and the performance of the landing gear under this technology is optimized.All the work done in this paper provides the basis for future research on load analysis of multi-wheel multi-strut landing gear.
