摘要
复合材料许用值的确定是复合材料结构设计的基础,通常需要通过大量试验来获得。提出了民机复合材料层压板结构强度许用值的渐进损伤模拟计算方法,并通过实例计算,且与试验结果对比验证,表明该方法可用于复合材料强度计算研究和复合材料试验预估等,将大大节省试验经费,并加速复合材料结构研发进程。
For composite materials,the determination of allowable value is the basis of structural design,which usually needs a large number of experiments and much money,manpower and time.In this paper,a progressive damage simulation method for structural strength allowable value calculation of civil aircraft composite laminates is established.The simulation example and comparison with test results show that the method can be used for composite strength calculation research and test prediction,which will greatly save test funds and accelerate the research and development process of composite structures.
