以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中有关改革的方法论为指导依据,联系当前社会保障工作中的实际问题,运用新时期丰富和发展中的马克思主义方法论观点,深入分析我国社会保障工作的难题,并为破解难题、进一步推进社会保障体系建设提出作者的相关见解。

This article is based on the methodology about the reform related to the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era put forward by President Xi Jinping.Connected with the practical problems in the current social security work,this article deeply analyzes some difficult problems we meet in the social security work,using affluent and developing points of view of Marxist methodology in the new era.Besides,the author puts forward his understanding on how to solve the problems and further promote the construction of social security system.
