摘要
以HF为晶面控制剂,通过超声辅助-溶胶凝胶法制备暴露高活性(001)晶面的TiO2。XRD、TEM、N2-BET表征结果表明,制备得到的产物主要为锐钛矿TiO2,HF的添加可以有效提高(001)晶面占比,超声辅助可以明显减小TiO2粒径,增大比表面积。当HF添加量为1.0 mL,超声功率为180 W,煅烧温度为600℃时,制备的TiO2对RhB的光催化降解性能最佳。超声辅助和HF的添加可使光催化剂的催化速率显著提高。当TiO2投加量为250 mg/L,RhB初始浓度为0.5×10^-5 mol/L时,降解效果最佳。
TiO2 with high activity(001)crystal surface was prepared by ultrasonic assisted solgel method with HF as crystal surface control agent.The results of XRD,TEM and N2-BET showed that the prepared products were mainly anatase TiO2.The addition of HF could effectively increase the proportion of(001)crystal surface,and the ultrasonic assistance could significantly reduce the particle size of TiO2 and increase the specific surface area.When the HF addition amount was 1 mL,the ultrasonic power was 180 W,and the calcination temperature was 600℃,the prepared TiO2 had the best photocatalytic performance for RhB.The ultrasonic assisted and the addition of HF could greatly improve the catalytic rate of the photocatalyst.The degradation efficiency was the best when TiO2 dosage was 250 mg/L and RhB concentration was 0.5×10^-5 mol/L.
