摘要 随着计算机、自动化技术广泛应用,PLC技术因其编程简单、可靠性高、性能强等应用优势,在煤矿水泵自动化系统中广泛应用,使煤矿水泵的自动化控制得以实现。在煤矿水泵自动化系统中,通过应用此技术,能够对水位、开关量、电流、电压及温度等信号进行全面采集,确保工作流程的准确性,使故障问题得以有效解决,并使相关人员的工作量减轻,使水泵房的安全性、可靠性提高,进一步提升煤矿的用电效率和经济效益。本文就PLC在煤矿水泵自动化系统中的应用进行分析和探讨。 With the computer,automation technology is widely used,PLC technology because of its programming simple,high reliability,strong performance and other application advantages,widely used in the coal mine water pump automation system,so that the coal mine water pump automation control can be realized.In the coal mine water pump automation system,through application of this technology,the ability to water level,the switch quantity,such as current,voltage and temperature signal to conduct a comprehensive collection,ensure the accuracy of the work flow,to effectively solve the problem,and make the relevant staff workload,increase the security,reliability of water pump room,further improve coal utilization efficiency and economic benefits.This paper analyzes and discusses the application of PLC in water pump automation system of coal mine.
