摘要
目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中后肩痛采用温通膏耦合超声治疗的临床效果.方法 随机将90例缺血性脑卒中后肩痛患者分为三组,各30例.以接受运动治疗者为常规组,以接受运动联合超声治疗者为超声组,以接受运动联合温通膏超声耦合治疗者为温通膏组.分析三组临床治疗效果.结果 治疗3个月后,温通膏组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.01)及超声组(P<0.05),三组患者治疗过程中WMFT评分、FMA-U评分及Barthel指数均呈升高趋势(P<0.05),VAS评分呈降低趋势(P<0.05);而在治疗结束及随访3个月时,温通膏组WMFT评分、FMA-U评分及Barthel指数均高于常规组及超声组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于常规组及超声组(P<0.05).结论 温通膏超声耦合治疗可显著改善缺血性脑卒中后肩痛的治疗效果.
Objective To investigate the effect of Wentong cream with ultrasound coupling in the treatment of shoulder pain after ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety patients with shoulder pain after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into three groups with thirty cases each.Those receiving exercise therapy were taken as conventional group,those receiving exercise therapy combined with ul-trasound therapy were taken as ultrasound group,and those receiving exercise therapy combined with W entong cream coupled ultrasound therapy were taken as Wentong cream group,the clinical therapeutic efects of the three groups were analyzed.Results After three months of treatment,the total effective rate of the W entong group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.01)and the ul-trasound group(P<0.05).During the treatment,WMFT score,FMA score and Barthel index in the three groups showed an increasing trend(P<0.05),while VAS score showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05).However,at the end of treatment and three months of follow-up,WMFT score,FMA score and Barthel index in the W entong group were higher than those in the conventional group and ultrasound group(P<0.05),while VAS score was lower than those in the conventional group and ultrasound group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wentong cream with ultrasound coupling can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of shoulder pain after ischemic stroke.
