当归与穿心莲联合穴位注射治疗慢性咽炎效果分析

Analysis on the effect of Angelica and Andrographis paniculata combined with acupoint injection in treating chronic pharyngitis

目的 探讨复方当归注射液与穿心莲注射液联合穴位注射治疗慢性咽炎的效果.方法 将100例慢性咽炎患者随机分为两组,观察组52例,采取复方当归注射液天突穴注射,联合咽后壁穿心莲注射液分次注射的方法 治疗,1次/隔日,3次为1个疗程;对照组48例,采用吸入性布地奈德混悬液4 ml超声雾化吸入治疗,1次/d,6 d为1个疗程.观察两组治疗起效时间,并跟踪随访2个月,观察临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组有效患者起效时间早于对照组(P<0.05).结论 复方当归注射液与穿心莲注射液联合穴位注射治疗慢性咽炎效果显著,操作简单、安全,值得推广.

Objective To approach the curative efct in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with Angelica injection and An-drographis injection combined with acupoint injection.Methods One hundred pat ients with chronie pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups,fifty-two patients in observation group were treated with Angelica injection into Tiantu acupoint combined with split in-jection of Andrographis injection into posterior pharynx wall,once every other day,three times for one course of treatment.Forty eight patients in control group were treated with ultrasound atomized inhalation of inhaled budesonide suspension4 ml,once per day,six days for one course of treatment.Then the onset time of the two groups was observed,fllowed up for two months,and the clinical ffect was observed.Results The total effctive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The onset time of effective patients in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ffect of the treat-ment of chronie phary ngitis with Angelica and Andrographis combined with acupoint injection was remarkable,easy and safe to operate,and worthy of clinical promotion.
