标准吞咽功能评估及饮食管理对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探究标准吞咽功能评估与饮食管理对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复效果的影响.方法 选择70例脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各35例.对照组行常规护理及康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上行标准吞咽功能评估与饮食管理,两组均干预8周.比较两组患者临床康复效果、吞咽功能恢复情况及吸入性肺炎发生率的差异.结果 观察组临床康复效果优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组Burke评分及SSA评分均较干预前降低,观察组降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组吸入性肺炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 标准吞咽功能评估与饮食管理应用于老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,可提高临床康复效果,促进其吞咽功能恢复,减少吸入性肺炎的发生,值得临床推广应用. Objective To explore the efect of standard swallow ing function assessment and diet management on rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with dysphagia after stoke.Methods Seventy stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into two groups,thirty-five cases each.The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation training,the observation group received standard swallowing function clinical evaluation and diet management on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for eight weeks.The clinical rehabilitation effect,swallowing function and incidence of aspiration pneumonia were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the observ ation group was better than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05).After the intervention,Burke score and SSA score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01),the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standard swallowing function clinical evaluation and diet management in elderly patients with dysphagia sfter stroke can improve the clinical efct,promote the recovery of swallowing func-tion,and reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
