车载镜头中光学零件的加工工艺改进 被引量:2

摘要 在车载镜头中光学零件的高效加工时,为了降低设备的成本,通过对上摆机的施压装置进行改进,实现了上摆机代替下摆机对光学零件的凸面进行精磨和抛光;通过调整精磨模的准球心高度和模具的口径,有效解决了利用上摆机加工凸面零件容易出现塌边的问题;在加工零件凹面时,在顶针与夹具之间加入刚体,可以延长夹具的使用寿命;通过理论推导,给出合理的磨轮口径和夹具深度,可减小或避免铣磨磨轮对夹具的磨损;通过制作简易球径仪可实现对铣磨后零件表面曲率半径的在线检测.测试结果表明,采用改进后的上摆机对光学零件的凸面进行加工,在降低了设备成本的前提下,仍然可以获得较高的产品合格率. In the process for high efficiency machining of optical elements in vehicle-mounted lens,the down-swing machine is replaced by the up-swing machine for the fine grinding and polishing of convexity through improving the pressure device.The edge collapse problem which is easy to occur in machining convexity using the up-swing machine is solved by adjusting the quasi-spherical height of the fine grinding mould and diameter of mould.The operating life of fixture can be prolonged by adding wear resistant block between the fixture and thimble.the wear of the grinding wheel on fixture can be reduced or avoided by giving the reasonable diameter of grinding wheel and the depth of fixture through theoretical derivation.The on-line detection of the radius of curvature after milling can be realized by making simple spherometer.The test results show that the higher qualified rate can be obtained by using the improved machine to machine the convexity on the premise of reducing the cost of equipment.
