摘要 [目的/意义]大数据风暴开启了人类社会的新时代,引起世界各国高度关注。研究大数据背景下国家安全情报可能面临的变革与挑战,对于推进我国国家安全情报转型具有重要意义。[方法/过程]在简要分析大数据概念、大数据时代的到来及其必然性,并对相关学术文献进行回顾的基础上,重点阐述大数据在情报作为知识、组织和活动三个维度为国家安全情报带来的深刻变革,以及在技术、法规和思维等层面对国家安全情报提出的巨大挑战。[结果/结论]研究认为,在大数据时代,我国国家安全情报的根本决胜方略在于把握技术、人和制度这三大核心要素。 [Purpose/Significance]The big data storm has opened a new era for human society and aroused great attention from all countries in the world.Studying the changes and challenges that national security intelligence may face under the background of big data is of great significance for promoting the transformation of our national security intelligence.[Method/Process]Based on a brief analysis of the concept of big data,the arrival of the big data era and its inevitability,and a review of relevant academic literature,this paper focuses on discussing the profound changes brought by big data to national security intelligence in the three dimensions of intelligence as knowledge,as organization and as activity,and the great challenges posed to national security intelligence in the aspects of technology,regulations and thinking.[Result/Conclusion]According to the research,in the big data era,the fundamental winning strategy of our national security intelligence lies in grasping the three core elements of technology,people and system.
