摘要
[目的/意义]随着我国人口老龄化的快速发展,努力掌握新兴技术、弥补养老科技创新“短板”对于应对人口老龄化日显重要。[方法/过程]首先确立养老科技新兴技术关键词及检索表达式,然后以Incopat为数据源,通过TAM-Sim三维模型,从技术发展状态、专利权人构成与市场分布现状三个维度对养老新兴技术发展态势进行了分析。[结果/结论]分析发现:在主要竞争国中,我国养老科技新兴技术专利授权量位居第一,但核心专利数量占比、海外申请专利占比及单位老年人口专利拥有量均为最低,存在严重的量优质劣、有效供给不足、海外布局薄弱、对第三产业支撑不足等短板。针对目前养老新兴技术发展态势和我国潜在的短板,从国家、产业、企业三个层面提出了相应的对策建议。
[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development of China's aging population,it is increasingly important to master new technologies and make up for the"short board"of gerontechnology innovation.[Method/Process]We firstly establishes the key words and search expressions of emerging technologies in gerontechnology,then takes the Incopat database as data source and analyzes the development trend of emerging gerontechnology from the three dimensions of technology development status,patentee composition and market distribution status through the TAM-Sim model.[Result/Conclusion]Analysis found that:among the major competitors,China's emerging gerontechnology patents rank first,but the proportion of core patents,the proportion of patents applied overseas and the number of patents per unit of elderly population are the lowest.Shortcomings such as poor quality,insufficient effective supply,weak overseas layout,and insufficient support for the tertiary industry.Aiming at the current development trend and potential shortcomings of gerontechnology,corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the three levels of the state,industry and enterprises.
