基于IMS网络的语音呼叫中心割接方案研究

Research on Voice Call Center Cutover Scheme Based on IMS Network

随着网络技术的发展,传统的程控交换设备退网,固定通信网逐步更新为IMS网络,现行网络中的语音呼叫中心业务面临网络割接。割接常常会涉及到用户正在使用的线路和设备,关系到业务正常使用与用户体验,而且用户设备类型多样、协议不统一等因素影响了割接进度。因此研究基于IMS网络的规范、高效的语音呼叫中心割接方案,能够更好地将存量的语音呼叫中心业务平滑割接到IMS网络。

With the evolution of the network,the traditional program-controlled switching equipment is out of the network,and the fixed communication network is gradually undertaking business through IMS network.The voice call center business in the current network is facing network cutover.Cutover often involves the lines and devices that users are using,and relates to the normal use of business and user experience.In addition,various types of user devices and inconsistent protocols affect the cutover progress.Therefore,in order to better cut the existing voice call center services into IMS network smoothly,this paper studies the standard and efficient cutover scheme of voice call center based on IMS network.
