Starting from the need of promoting the modernization of scientific research management ability in China,this paper deeply analyzes the necessity and urgency of scientific research management standardization digitization,puts forward scientific research management standard system and scientific research management system framework based on big data,and provides basic method support for government scientific research management standardization digitization.
