基于学科分类视角的高校产学研绩效研究——以中国台湾技职高校为例

A Study of Performance of Industry-University-Research Cooperation from Academic Discipline Perspective

产学研合作不仅促进科研,也是一种经济活动,通过科学发展和技术创新促进经济发展。职业教育在中国台湾地区产品开发与技术研究中扮演重要角色,以中国台湾地区科技职业院校八大学科分类为例,探讨其产学研绩效(专利、论文和科研课题立项),实证分析中国台湾地区技职高校学科分类的产学研成果和分布。结果表明,农学院、工程学院获得政府拨款和产业基金最高,其专利产出和高质量论文产出也相应最高,体现了这两类学科在产学研成果上紧跟政府和产业需求,也从侧面体现了政府和产业的推动对高校产学研绩效的促进作用。

Industry-university-research cooperation is not only the promotion of scientific research,but also an economic activity.This is the fundamental purpose of scientific development and technological innovation.Vocational education plays an important role in product development and technology research in Taiwan.This study takes eight disciplines of Taiwan vocational colleges of science and technology as examples and the performance of industry-university-research(patents,papers and funding)as the research object,analyzing the results and distribution of industry-university-research cooperation in the discipline classification of Taiwan vocational colleges.The results show that agricultural college and engineering college have the highest government grant and industrial fund,and their patent output and high-quality paper output are also the highest,which reflects that these two disciplines keep up with the demand of government and industry in the production,learning and research achievements,and also reflects the promotion effect of government and industry on the performance of production,learning and research in universities.
