基于复合生态功能的城市土地共轭生态管理分析

随着改革开放的推进,城市化进程的加快,土地的使用量急剧增加,大规模的土地开发拉动了城市经济的发展,对城镇化的推动起到了积极作用。但是无疑给生态安全、社会安定带来了负面影响,影响了社会的长治久安,传统的土地数量管理忽视了土地的生态性,行政干预过多,土地的管理经济和生态严重脱节。基于此,本文提出复合生态功能的城市公路生态管理模式,并做简要的分析。

With the advance of the reform and opening up,the acceleration of the urbanization process,the rapid increase of land use,large-scale land development has driven the development of urban economy,has played a positive role in the promotion of urbanization.However,it has undoubtedly brought negative impacts on ecological security and social stability,which has affected the long-term social stability.The traditional land quantity management ignores the ecological nature of land,and the administrative intervention is too much,so that the land management economy and ecology are seriously divorced.Based on this,this paper puts forward the urban highway ecological management model with compound ecological function and makes a brief analysis.
