摘要
本文从“社团引领”式人才培养模式、“以赛带教”式人才培养模式、“项目参与”式人才培养模式、“理实一体”式人才培养模式等四个方面对职业教育中“工匠精神”的培养模式进行了系统阐述,对于保证高职院校的教育成果具有指导意义。
