摘要
近年来,企业劳动用工管理存在诸多不规范之处,不仅制约着企业和社会经济的稳定发展,而且劳资关系中的矛盾和争议甚至影响到和谐社会的构建。为了进一步规范企业劳动用工管理,依法执行各项相关法律法规,企业必须构建协调、稳定的劳动用工关系,满足企业和员工的共同发展需求。本文对企业劳动用工管理存在的问题及解决对策进行分析。
In recent years,there are many irregularities in enterprise labor management,which not only restrict the stable development of enterprises and social economy,but also contradictions and disputes in labor-management relations even affect the construction of a harmonious society.In order to further regulate the management of labor and employment of enterprises,and implement various relevant laws and regulations in accordance with law,enterprises must build a coordinated and stable labor-employment relationship to meet the common development needs of enterprises and employees.This article analyzes the existing problems and solutions of enterprise labor management.
