新时代高职院校党建育人工作方法研究

高职院校是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的主要园地,也是新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论教育的重要阵地。提出了在高职院校以党建与专业建设相融合双促进、创新基层党建工作法和打造校企党建共同体为有效途径,提升高职院校党建育人功能。

Higher vocational colleges are the main field to train the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,as well as the important front of socialist ideological and theoretical education with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper puts forward the effective ways to improve the party building education function of higher vocational colleges by integrating party building with specialty building,innovating the law of party building at the grass-roots level and building the community of party building between school and enterprise.
