摘要
山西对外投资在“一带一路”倡议下遇到了新的机遇,同时也面临诸多法律风险。文章在阐述山西对外投资前景的基础上,针对山西企业对外投资准入、运营和退出阶段所面临的各种投资风险,提出防范体系的构建策略。
Under“the Belt and Road”initiative,shanxi's outbound investment has encountered new opportunities,but it also faces many legal risks.On the basis of expounding the prospect of shanxi's foreign investment,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of the prevention system according to the various investment risks faced by shanxi enterprises in the entry,operation and exit stages of shanxi enterprises'foreign investment.
