自改革开放以来,中国经济收入水平不断提高,越来越多在农村的人选择住城市,住房需求急剧增长,同时在城市居民经济水平和物质物质生活追求的不断提升的情况下,极大地推动了房地产市场需求的大幅提升,同时,伴随着农村城市化的不断推进,建筑工程也逐渐增多。正是在这样的背景下,房地产行业在获得更多发展机遇的同时,也面临着巨大的挑战,一方面,要在众多房地产企业的竞争中生存下去,必须提高其技术水平和质量管理控制水平,另一方面,又必须保证获得最大的社会效益和经济效益。所以,房地产企业必须要保证工程管理与项目成本管理的科学化、合理化、系统化,以提高企业产品的质量信誉与经济效益。

Since reform and opening up,China's economic income level enhances unceasingly,more and more people choose to live in the countryside of cities,and the demand for housing has increased dramatically.The continuous improvement of the city’s residents’economic level and the pursuit of material and material life has greatly promoted the substantial increase in demand in the real estate market.It is in this background,the real estate industry obtained more development opportunities,also faces huge challenges.On the one hand,in the competition,many real estate enterprises must raise its technical level and quality management control level;on the other hand,they must ensure to get the most social benefit and economic benefit.Therefore,real estate enterprises must ensure the scientific,rational and systematic engineering management and project cost management,so as to improve the quality and reputation of the enterprise's products and economic benefits.
