高校辅导员应用信息化技术开展学生管理工作的必要性分析

在我国高校教学水平持续提升、教育理念得以创新的情况下,高校辅导员有必要对信息化技术进行应用,以此来对学生进行管理。开展学生管理工作是高校辅导员的主要任务,但传统的学生管理工作如今已经无法对现实情况进行适应,不仅仅管理效率较低,同时管理质量也无法得到保障,辅导员仅仅是强制性地对学生进行管理,激化了学生的逆反心理,所以需要应用信息化技术来开展学生管理工作。据此,本文分析了高校辅导员应用信息化技术开展学生管理工作的必要性,希望能够为后来者的研究提供一定程度上的参考。

With the continuous improvement of teaching level and the innovation of educational concept,it is necessary for college counselors to apply information technology to manage students.It is the main task of college counselors to carry out student management,but the traditional student management can't adapt to the actual situation.Not only the management efficiency is low,but also the management quality can't be guaranteed.Counselors are only forced to manage students,which intensifies the adverse psychology of students,so it is necessary to use information technology to carry out student management work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of application of information technology in student management,by college counselors hoping to provide some reference for the later research.
