摘要
石油管材螺纹检测采用三角镭射影像量测,透过CCD镜头取样图像进行实验与探讨,于影像量测部分,首要条件是分割出影像中选定区域(简称ROI),采用形态学方式对影像进行膨胀或侵蚀方式,达到过滤噪声的效果,之后再用二值影像定位区域的磨损变形等状况。
Petroleum pipe thread detection uses triangular laser image measurement.Experiments and discussions are conducted by sampling images through the CCD lens.In the image measurement section,the first condition is to segment the selected region of the image(region of interest,referred to as ROI),using the form Learning methods to expand or erode the image to achieve the effect of filtering noise,and then use the binary image to locate the wear and deformation of the area.
