电力建设工程中所产生的纠纷争议(Dispute),系指有合同关系的甲乙双方,于执行合同过程中,因某些意见持不同意看法而衍生歧见的冲突(Conflict)。相关衍生用语中,常见的有工程纠纷及工程索赔。如对工程承揽合同规定或执行上之不同意见、工程合同中条文与条文间发生竞合现象之解释、或合同规定未明确之履行等等,致影响单方面权益,发生解释与意见之不协调现象。

Dispute arising from the power construction project refers to the conflict between parties A and B who have a contractual relationship.During the execution of the contract,some opinions disagree due to disagreement.Among related derivative terms,there are common engineering disputes and engineering claims.If there are different opinions on the provisions or implementation of the project contract,the interpretation of the contract between the provisions of the project contract,or the unclear performance of the contract,etc.,it will affect the unilateral rights and interests,and the interpretation and opinions will be inconsistent phenomenon.
