“一带一路”倡议下高职教育国际化路径探索

The Internationalization Path Exploring of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

2013年9月和10月分别提出的“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的倡议构想,要充分促进沿海国家经济相互多领域多方位的密切合作,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。“教育先行”是“一带一路”培养国际化人才的基础。也可以说高职教育国际化是“一带一路”思想的重中之重。要提高我国高职教育质量,提高社会开放程度,必然要广泛吸收和借鉴沿线68个国家和地区发展优势,共同打造“政治互信、经济互融、文化包容”的利益共同体、责任共同体和命运共同体。能够更好地在国际化进程中服务国家的“一带一路”倡议。本文首先简述了“一带一路”倡议下高职教育国际化路径探索中所面临的挑战和问题;其次,简单分析了目前我国高职教育国际化路径的意义;最后,结合杭州市高职院校发展的特点,制定高职教育国际化的发展规划和策略,以“一带一路”为背景,以杭州市高职教育为依托,实现职业教育联盟资源共享,探索“一带一路”倡议下高职教育国际化路径。

In September and October 2013,the proposal of"Silk Road Economic Belt"and"21st century Maritime Silk Road"was proposed respectively.We should fully promote close cooperation among coastal countries in various fields and in all directions,so as to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of China.the“Belt and Road Initiative”is the foundation of cultivating internationalized talents.It is the priority among priorities.To improve the quality of China's Higher Vocational Education and improve the degree of social openness,it is necessary to widely absorb and learn from the development advantages of 68 countries and regions along the line,and jointly build a community of interest,responsibility and destiny with"political mutual trust,economic integration and cultural inclusion".It can better serve one's the“Belt and Road Initiative”initiative in the process of internationalization.The challenges and problems that Hangzhou faces in the internationalization of higher vocational education are briefly described.Secondly,the significance of internationalization of higher vocational education is analyzed briefly.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hangzhou,the development plan and strategy of internationalization are formulated.Based on the“Belt and Road Initiative”,it is to achieve occupation education alliance resources sharing and explore the internationalization path of Higher Vocational Education under the"Belt and Road"initiative.
