Current Problems and Countermeasures in the Supervision ofCommunication Construction Engineering

工程监理是指建设工程监理单位接受委托的部门,进行实时监督检查项目的建设项目根据项目建设的有关法律、法规和合同,并进行工程建设项目的质量检验的基础上,国家规定的建设项目文档。监理工作对工程的进度和质量保证非常重要,但监理工作中仍存在许多问题,亟待解决。本文主要分析了施工监理工作中存在的问题,并根据调查结果提出了相应的对策。

Project supervision refers to the construction project supervision unit to accept the commission department,real-time supervision and inspection of the project construction project in accordance with the relevant laws,regulations and contracts for project construction,and construction project quality inspection on the basis of the national provisions of the construction project documents.The supervision work is very important to the progress and quality assurance of the project,but there are still many problems in the supervision work,which needs to be solved urgently.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction supervision work,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the survey results.
