近年来,我国建筑业得到了快速的发展,监理是其中的一个重要岗位。监理率的高低,直接影响到工程进度。但是根据工程实际分析,在实施监理时,还存在一些难题需要解决,影响了工程的实施。为此,必须对建设项目实施强有力的监督管理,使之具有一定的规范性。施工企业要想在市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须加强自身的监督和质量保证,只有有了有力的监督和质量保证,才能更好地发展市场。加强施工阶段的监督管理,是提高建设工程质量的有效手段,也是企业健康发展的战略要求。基于此,本文首先阐述了建设工程监理的工作内容和作用,然后阐述了建设工程监理存在的问题,并对监理优化措施进行了分析,希望能给同行业工作人员提供一些参考。

In recent years,China's construction industry has been developing rapidly and supervision is one of the important posts.The supervision rate directly affects the progress of the project.However,according to the actual analysis of the project,there are still some problems to be solved in the implementation of the supervision,which affects the implementation of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a strong supervision and management of the construction project,so that it has a certain standard.If construction enterprises want to remain invincible in the market competition,they must strengthen their own supervision and quality assurance.Only strong supervision and quality assurance,can make them better develop the market.Strengthening the supervision and management in the construction stage is an effective means to improve the quality of construction projects,and also a strategic requirement for the healthy development of enterprises.Based on this,this paper first elaborates the construction engineering supervision work content and function,then elaborates the construction engineering supervision problems,and carried on the analysis to the supervision optimization measures,hoping to provide some reference to the same industry staff.
