摘要
随着时代的进步,社会的不断发展,人民生活水平渐渐地提升,90后新进员工的素质问题也受到大家的广泛关注。90后拥有着鲜明的性格特点和独特的行事风格,他们颠覆式的反传统思想使国有企业倍受挑战。其中社会、家庭、文化环境等方面都是影响着90后新进员工素质的重要因素。本文主要围绕90后新进员工的工作现状和素质提升措施两个方面展开讨论与研究,希望能有效的帮助90后新进员工的素质提升。
With the progress of the times and the continuous development of society,people's living standards have been gradually improved,and the quality of new employees after the 1990s has also received widespread attention.The post-90s generation has distinct personality characteristics and unique behavior styles,and their subversive anti-traditional ideas make state-owned enterprises more challenging.Among them,social,family,cultural environment and other aspects are important factors that affect the quality of new employees after the 90s.This article mainly discusses and studies the work status and quality improvement measures of new employees after 90s,hoping to effectively help the quality improvement of new employees after 90s.
