The Financial Strategy Matrix relates value creation to cash surpluses and deficits,By analyzing the financial data of the enterpris e,analyzing the Financial Strategy Matrix,and judging its value and capital status,the application of Financial Strategy Matrix can provide an impo rtant basis for the further development of enterprises.This paper first calculates the financial data of a food enterprise for three years,the Financial Strategy Matrix of the enterprise is constructed.Then,it analyzes the financial status of the enterprise from the capital status and value status,and points out the basic reason of the problem;Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
