“互联网+”时代背景下高校学生管理工作创新

Research on the Innovation of College Student Management in the"Internet + " Era

学生管理工作是高校管理体系的重要组成部分,尽管高校学生管理工作具有一定的规范化特点,而且也基本上能够满足发展需要,但仍然有个别高校还没有深刻认识到“互联网+”对学生管理工作的影响,直接导致学生管理面临诸多制约因素,需要引起重视并认真加以改进。本文对“互联网+”时代背景下高校学生管理工作进行了研究和探讨,在分析“互联网+”对高校学生管理工作的影响基础上,重点分析了“互联网+”时代背景下高校学生管理工作的制约因素,并提出了有针对性的创新策略。

Student management is an important part of the management system of colleges and universities,although it has certain standardized characteristics and can basically meet the needs of development,however,there are still some colleges and universities have not realized the influence of"Internet+"on student management,which directly leads to many restrictive factors in student management and needs to be paid attention to and seriously improved.Based on the analysis of the influence of"Internet+"on the management of college students,this paper studies and discusses the management of college students under the background of"Internet+",analyzes the restrictive factors of the management of college students under the background of"Internet+"era,and advances some pertinent innovative strategies.
