某2.8L柴油机台架噪声试验研究

Research on the Noise Test of a 2.8L Diesel Engine Bench

通过采用声压测量法对柴油机进行整机台架噪声试验,试验结果表明:随着发动机转速和负荷的提高,发动机的噪声增大,转速对噪声的影响比负荷对噪声的影响更加明显;并且对发动机燃烧噪声、机械噪声的产生机理及其对整机噪声的贡献度进行了分析。

Through the sound pressure measurement method,the diesel engine bench noise test is carried out.The test results show that as the engine speed and load increase,the engine noise increases,and the effect of speed on noise is more obvious than the effect of load on noise.The mechanism of engine combustion noise and mechanical noise is analyzed,and its contribution to the noise of diesel engine is also analyzed.
