摘要
以贵阳市轨道交通2号线阳明祠站为背景,在总结“初支拱盖法”经验的基础上,利用车站临时中隔墙作为大拱盖支架体系的主要支撑点,优化支架体系;各开挖导洞采用简易支架体系代替满堂支架体系,保障物流通道通畅,减少对前方掌子面开挖时间的影响;简易支架代替满堂支架或模板台车,可减少资源浪费,节约物料及人工费。模拟计算和监测表明,初支拱盖法优化施工满足结构强度和稳定性要求。
Taking Yangmingci Station of Guiyang rail transit line 2 as an example,based on the experience of the initial arch method,this paper summarizes that the temporary middle partition wall of the station is used as the main support point of the large arch support system to optimize the support system,the simple support system is used to replace the full support system for each excavation guide tunnel to ensure the smooth logistics channel and reduce the excavation time affecting the front face.A brief easy bracket can replace full bracket or formwork trolley,which reduces the waste of resources and saves material and labor cost.Simulation calculation and monitoring show that the optimization construction of the initial arch method meets the requirements of structural strength and stability.
