房山线北延盾构刀具磨损检查与修复技术

Shield cutting tool wear inspection and repair technology for Fangshan north extension line

北京房山线北延线首经贸站—丰益桥南站区间左线盾构机掘进至130环后,盾构推力持续增大,掘进困难。施作检修井后发现刀盘刀具磨损严重,为此制定刀盘检修方案对盾构机刀具进行检修,检修后盾构各项掘进参数趋于正常,施工进展顺利。文章针对刀具磨损严重原因进行分析,提出刀盘更换修复技术方案,以期对类似盾构隧道施工具有一定借鉴意义。

After the shield machine launching process on the left track between the Capital Economic and Trade University Station and Fengyiqiao South Station on Beijing Dynamic Fangshan line north extension to Ring Road 130,the shield thrust continues to increase and it is difficult to excavate.After the construction of the maintenance shaft,it was found that the cutter head was seriously worn out.Therefore,the cutter head maintenance plan was formulated to repair the cutter of the shield machine.After the maintenance,the excavation parameters of the shield tended to be normal,and the construction progress was smooth.Based on the analysis of the causes of serious tool wear,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of cutter head replacement and repair,in order to provide some reference for similar shield tunnel construction.
