盾构隧道下穿既有线性电机隧道安全风险控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前各城市地铁运营线路越来越多,新建线路下穿既有线路施工安全风险成为重要研究课题。北京地铁新建17号线所下穿的既有机场线为线性电机盾构隧道,其供电采用感应板方式,比传统的第三轨或接触网方式对沉降控制要求更为严格,风险控制难度更大。文章通过下穿施工安全风险识别分析、既有机场线结构沉降模拟分析、施工监测分析,提出新建17号线下穿既有机场线安全风险控制及保障措施,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。 At present,there are more and more subway lines in many cities,and the construction safety risk of new lines crossing existing lines becomes an important study topic.The existing airport line under the Beijing metro new line 17 is a linear motor shield tunnel.Its power supply adopts induction board mode,which is stricter than the traditional third rail or overhead contact wire power supply mode in settlement control requirements and more diffi cult in risk control.Based on the identifi cation and analysis of the safety risk of underpassing construction,the simulation analysis of the structural settlement of the existing airport line and the analysis of the construction monitoring,this paper puts forward the safety risk control and guarantee measures for the underpass of the new line 17,providing reference for future similar projects.
