十九届四中全会的召开,开启了国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的新航程。关于民族问题优势的论断,为民族振兴发展提供制度优势。鄂伦春族是我国人口较少的民族,其文化保护和传承意义重大。黑龙江省鄂伦春族传统文化作为中华民族优秀传统文化的组成部分,其传承与发展至今仍具有重要的现实意义,因此,黑龙江省应着力破解鄂伦春传统文化传承与发展的瓶颈,实现鄂伦春族传统文化的当代振兴,推动经济效益和生态效益的双丰收。

The convening of the fourth plenary session of the 19th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)opens a new voyage for the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity.The conclusions on advantages of ethnic issues provide institutional advantages for national rejuvenation and development.The Oroqen nationality is a minority nationality with less population,and its cultural protection and inheritance are of great significance.Oroqen traditional culture in Heilongjiang province is a part of the outstanding traditional culture in our country,its inheritance and development still has important realistic meaning.Therefore,Heilongjiang should break through the bottleneck in the heritage and development of Oroqen traditional culture,realize the contemporary rejuvenation of Oroqen traditional culture and promote both economic and ecological benefits.
