摘要
党的十八大对新时期党的建设伟大工程作出了全面部署,标志着党的建设事业迈入新的历史时期。高校党组织是党的建设整体事业的重要组成部分,地方本科高校党组织机制改革面临的主要问题是管理机制的相对滞后与青年日益增长的发展需求之间的矛盾。运用人力资源管理视角分析当前地方本科党组织机制改革中存在的问题及原因,并结合实践提出具体对策。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party has made a comprehensive deployment of the great project of party construction in the new period,marking a new historical period for party construction.College party organization is an important part in the overall cause of party construction.The main problem facing the reform on party organization mechanism is the contradiction between the relative lag of management mechanism and the growing development needs of young people.This paper analyze,from the perspective of human resources management,the problems and reasons existing in the reform on party organization mechanism in local universities,and puts forward specific countermeasures based on the practice.
