“双创”与“新经管”背景下研究生创新能力评价及提升路径研究

On Evaluating Graduate Students’Innovative Ability and Paths for Improvement under the Background of“Double Creation”and“New Management”

“双创”和“新经管”背景要求研究生创新能力的创新,基于76份调查问卷数据,通过构建研究生创新能力指标体系对研究生创新能力进行了研究,结果表明,高校研究生虽有一定的创新能力,但还存在创新能力不合格、创新能力百分比较多集中在15%—45%区间及创新能力弱等问题。这意味着在“双创”和“新经管”背景下,我国研究生创新能力培养虽然取得了一定成效,但研究生培养过程中还有诸多问题有待解决,研究生培养质量亟需提升。

Under the background of“double innovation”and“new management”,postgraduates are required to improve their innovation ability.Based on the data of 76 questionnaires,this paper studies postgraduates’innovation ability by constructing the index system of innovation ability.The results show that postgraduates’innovation ability is still unsatisfactory and weak with the focus on 15%—45%range,even though they have certain innovation ability.This means that the cultivation of postgraduates’innovation ability has achieved certain achievements under the background of“double innovation”and“new management”,but there are still many problems to be solved in the training process,and the cultivation qualtiy needs to be improved.
