基于教育信息化的黑龙江省农村英语教师专业发展研究

On Rural English Teachers’Professional Development in Heilongjiang Province Based on Educational Informatization

教育信息化是教育发展的新趋势。利用信息技术和网络技术的优势,提升教师专业发展水平对于农村英语教学的快速发展具有及其重要的现实意义。经过对黑龙江省农村英语教师专业发展现状的调查,发现农村英语教师的专业素质有较大提升,但还存在薄弱环节,教师对信息技术与教学的融合还有强烈的渴望。利用现代信息技术开发教师专业发展平台、开展网络研修、建立电子档案袋、构建教师网络学习共同体等方式可以有效提升农村英语教师的专业发展。

Educational informatization is a new trend of education.Information technology and network techniques can improve teachers’professional development and play a very important role in the rapid development of rural English teaching.This paper makes a study on rural English teachers’professional development in Heilongjiang Province,and finds that rural English teachers still have weaknesses although they have greatly improved their professional quality,and that they have strong desire to integrate teaching and information technology.In order to improve rural English teachers’professional development,the following effective ways are suggested:constructing the platform for teacher’s professional development by virtue of modern information technology,carrying out network studies,setting up electronic portfolio,and constructing teachers’network learning community.
