白及凝胶的处方筛选及制备工艺

A Study on Prescription Screening and Preparation Techniques of Common Bletilla Tuber Gel

为筛选白及凝胶处方及制备工艺,选择卡波姆、聚乙二醇-400及甘油三种辅料为影响因素,以凝胶的黏度、涂展性、澄明度及稳定性为感官判断的标准,分别进行单因素实验和正交实验。经分析得出白及凝胶最佳处方为:卡波姆1%、聚乙二醇-4008%、甘油20%。该处方制备得到的白及凝胶制备工艺简单,可以实现工业化大生产。

For screening the prescription and preparation techniques regarding common bletilla tuber gel,the single factor test and orthogonal test are conducted by taking three accessories as the influencing factors:carbomer,polyethylene glycol-400 and glycerol,and by using viscosity,spreadability,clarity and stability of the gel as the standards of sensory judgment.The test finally gets the best components proportion for prescription of common bletilla tuber gel:carbomer 1%,polyethylene glycol-4008%,and glycerol 20%.It’s found that the preparation process by this prescription is simple and can be used in the industrialized mass production.
