摘要 列举了造成电缆线路外力破坏的诸多因素,并基于运维数据统计分析找出了主要因素。基于AHP法构建了电缆线路外力破坏防控模型,实施防范外力破坏的事前、事中和事后的全过程控制。以苏州输电电缆运维为例,介绍了基于信息技术应用下的地下管线信息共享、三维测绘、匹配度巡视等智慧运维案例。 With high reliability and underground laying which does not impact on the city appearance,the cable have gradually become the main part of urban power transmission,so its operation safety is very important.This paper first lists many factors that cause the external force damage to cable line,and summarizes the main factors based on statistical analysis.Then,it establishes the prevention and control model of external force damage to cable line based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to implement overall process control of external damages.Finally,taking the operation and maintenance of transmission cable in Suzhou as an example,it introduces the intelligent cable operation and maintenance cases based on applications of information technology,such as information sharing of underground duct lines,three-dimensional mapping and matching inspection,etc.
