大口径钢筒混凝土管环向结构性能试验研究

摘要 钢筒混凝土顶管(JRCCP)为钢筒、钢筋、混凝土组成的复合结构。作为一种新管材,在工程应用中掌握管道结构的环向性能对管道的设计有着重要的指导意义。针对管材的结构特点,本文对直径3.6m的传统RCCP管材和JRCCP管材进行了对比试验研究,考察了两类复合管材在三点法加载工况下结构的承载性能,研究了管材内各层材料的协同工作性能及其安全性能,分析了环筋、钢筒的作用,发现了现有管材结构形式和设计标准的缺陷,并提出相应的改进计算方法,为JRCCP的科学设计和工程应用提供了参考。 Reinforced Concrete Cylinder Pipe for jacking(JRCCP)is a composite structure composed of steel cylinders,steel bars and concrete.As a new pipe form,mastering the circumferential performance of the structure has important guiding significance for the design and application in the engineering application.According to the structural characteristics of the pipe,this paper compares the traditional RCCP with JRCCP which diameter are 3.6 m,investigats the bearing capacity of two types of composite pipes under three-point loading conditions,studies the synergistic performance and safety performance of various layers of materials in the pipe,analyzes the contribution of ring ribs and steel cylinders,and finds out the defects of the existing pipe structure and design standards,then proposes corresponding improvement methods,which could provide a reference for scientific design and engineering applications of JRCCP.
