摘要
针对一种储罐在一定装液量下的地震瞬态响应进行分析探讨。使用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)和FEM(Finite Element Method)耦合的数值分析方法进行计算,考虑气液两相黏性湍流态流体与结构之间的相互作用,获得了一定液体装量下该容器在典型地震历程下的液体自由表面变化和结构响应特性。结果表明:在典型地震时程作用下,容器结构的响应由初始的小幅振动发展为高幅值振动,随着流固相互作用的充分发展,容器响应受液体晃动主导。通过比较无耦合的附加质量方法和流固耦合方法之间的差异,验证了耦合法在计算储罐地震响应问题上的优势,研究结果可以为工程安全分析提供参考和支持。
This paper analyzes and discusses the seismic transient response of a storage tank under a certain amount of liquid.The numerical analysis method using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)and FEM(Finite Element Method)coupling is used for calculation.Considering the interaction between the gas-liquid two-phase viscous turbulent fluid and the structure,the liquid free surface change and structure response characteristics of the container under a certain liquid volume under a typical earthquake history are obtained.The results show that under the action of typical earthquake time history,the response of the container structure develops from the initial small amplitude vibration to the high amplitude vibration.As the fluid-solid interaction fully develops,the container response is dominated by liquid sloshing.By comparing the difference between the non-coupling additional mass method and the fluid-structure coupling method,the advantage of the coupling method in calculating the seismic response of the storage tank is verified.The research results can provide reference and support for engineering safety analysis.
