摘要
为解决工业生产中工业机器人系统与机器视觉系统之间的数据信息交互问题,以四轴水平多关节工业机器人与CkVisionBuilder视觉系统为研究对象,设计并开发出一套以工业以太网为标准的TCP/IP接口通信协议,该协议满足CkVisionBuilder机器视觉系统与雅马哈四关节水平机器人之间的数据交换,实现了机器视觉系统的尺寸测量、缺陷检测、字符识别检测,并引导四关节水平机器人精准定位,从而对被检产品实现分拣,推动了机器换人的产业升级快速发展。
In order to solve the problem of data information interaction between industrial robot systems and machine vision systems in industrial production,this article takes four-axis horizontal multi-joint industrial robot and CkVisionBuilder vision system as research objects,designs and develops a set of TCP/IP interface communication protocol based on industrial Ethernet.The agreement satisfies the data exchange between the CkVisionBuilder machine vision system and the Yamaha four-joint horizontal robot,realizes the size measurement,defect detection,character recognition detection of the machine vision system,and guides the four-joint horizontal robot precise positioning.Therefore,the products inspected are sorted,and the industrial upgrading of the machine substitution is promoted to develop rapidly.
