基于PFC3D异型面平煤器刮板的编程及建模

摘要 煤运列车的平煤效果与平煤器刮板的形状直接相关,针对煤运列车平煤效果不佳的问题,以平煤器刮板形状为研究对象,应用三维离散元软件PFC3D的颗粒流程序,以及FISH编程语言,对抛物线型异型面刮板进行编程及几何建模,为后续平煤器刮板的结构优化及运动仿真提供模型基础。 The coal leveling effect of the coal transportation train is directly related to the shape of the coal leveler scraper.Aiming at the problem of poor coal smoothing effect of coal transportation trains,the shape of the coal scraper scraper was used as the research object,and the three-dimensional discrete element software PFC3D particle flow program and its FISH programming language were used to program and geometrically model the parabolic shaped scraper.It provides a model basis for the subsequent structural optimization and motion simulation of the coal smoothing device scraper.
