摘要 目前,多级油缸缸头与缸套体组件采用水平装配,由于受自重影响,缸头中心线与缸套组件中心线难以同轴,装配时缸头与缸套体组件表面配合处容易划伤。针对此情况设计了一套集装配和转运为一体的缸头竖直装配工艺装置,通过使用该装置,缸头和缸套体组件中心线自动对中,提高了多级油缸缸头的装配效率和合格率。 At present,the multi-stage oil cylinder head and cylinder liner body assembly are horizontally assembled.Due to the influence of their own weight,the center line of the cylinder head and the cylinder liner assembly are difficult to be coaxial,and the surface of the cylinder head and cylinder liner body assembly is easily scratched during assembly.In view of this situation,a set of vertical assembly process device for cylinder head that integrates assembly and transport is designed.By using the device,the center line of the cylinder head and the cylinder liner assembly is automatically centered,which improves the assembly efficiency and pass rate of the multi-stage cylinder head.
