基于飞蛾扑火算法的自移式排岩机轻量化设计

摘要 为降低大型露天矿自移式排岩机的自重,基于飞蛾扑火算法对其进行轻量化研究。首先分析了传统排岩机的系统组成和受力特点,基于排岩机的结构参数、性能指标以及物料排放工艺参数,提出一种新型的结构布局方案。在此基础上,对排岩机进行简化并运用飞蛾扑火优化算法开展轻量化研究,优化结果表明:优化后的重量相对优化前减少158 480 kg,降低了12.42%。 To reduce the weight of the large-scale open-pit mine self-moving rock expeller,a lightweight research is carried out based on the Moth Flame Optimization.Firstly,the system composition and stress characteristics of the traditional rock expeller are analyzed.Based on the structure parameters,performance indexes and material discharge process parameters of the rock expeller,a new structural layout scheme is proposed.On this basis,the rock expeller is simplified and the Moth Flame Optimization is used to carry out lightweight research.Results show that the weight is reduced by 158480kg compared with that before optimization,which is a reduction of 12.42%.
